Office staff is friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Maintenance is fast and efficient. I lived in another 55+ apartment ... community before coming here and there is no comparison. Every question has been answered to my satisfaction and the couple of maintenance issues I have submitted have been taken care of the next day. Since I still work, I haven't taken advantage the activities offered yet but it seems that there are a lot of people that do and there are a lot of things to keep you busy if you want. I am very happy here and plan to stay for a long time. I have worked in property management for several years so I tend to expect more and this staff has delivered. Keep up the good work! Senior Citizen Review: Excellent
I've lived here for 2 1/2 years and have enjoyed all of the opportunities to socialize, party, dance, play games, eat ... whenever it's offered at the clubhouse, and so much more. The Country Club bus is scheduled regularly for banking, shopping, drug store and occasional special trips. We are centrally located so that we have access to city buses as well. The location is perfect because everything one needs is within one or two miles. There are lots of buses for those not having automobiles.
